Yes. For Americans to get legally married in Mexico, they must have a valid Passport, a birth certificate, a foreign marriage permit and four witnesses. There are also many requirements to cover, like the apostille, translator and a blood test in the previous days before the wedding that has to be done locally by an approved lab. This means you need to come at least 4 days prior to the wedding if you want to to get legally married in Mexico.

Your wedding coordinator will provide a list of vendors so you can select the services you want, and will follow up until every detail is perfect. f you rather use your own supplier, there is a vendor entrance fee and you need to notify us with the name of the supplier for them to have access to the resort. In this case, the delivery of the hired service is on your own supervision.
